Appointment guidelines

Before your appointment

  • Braiding Hair Included – All styles include braiding hair. You’re welcome to bring a different brand or type if you prefer.

  • Clean Hair Appreciated – Washed hair is appreciated but not required. Please note: any product already in your hair may affect how other products work during your appointment.

  • Be On Time & Cancellation Policy – Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment. After 3 late arrivals, I reserve the right to refuse future bookings. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours in advance to keep your deposit on file for a future appointment.

  • Deposit Policy – A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due at the appointment.

  • Beads & Accessories – Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, or you are welcome to bring your own.

  • No Extra Guests – Only the person getting their hair done (plus a parent/guardian for children) may attend. Mothers are welcome to bring their children if needed.

During your appointment

  • Comfort Items – Feel free to bring headphones, a book, or something to keep you entertained.

  • Limit Movement – Try to keep movement to a minimum so your style comes out neat and on time.

  • Snacks & Drinks Welcome – Small snacks and drinks are fine.

  • Photography – I will take photos/videos of your finished style for my portfolio.

Satisfaction Policy

  • All services are final sale. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance.

  • I aim to make every client happy! If you are dissatisfied with your hairstyle, you must communicate your concerns during your appointment. Reasonable adjustments will be made on the spot.

  • Once you leave the appointment, it is understood that you are satisfied with the service provided.

Payment

  • Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • Payment Methods – Cash, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle are accepted.

Promotions & Special Discounts

  • Certain standard policies (including pricing, deposits, or service times) may not apply to promotional offers or discounted specials.

  • Each promotion will list its own specific terms, which will take priority over general policies.

Additional Information

  • Allergies – Please notify me in advance if you have any allergies to braiding hair, gels, or other hair products.
